I wish I could say I just made this delicious, healthy smoothie, but I didn’t.
I made it last weekend, and it all started with freshly squeezed lemons and frozen cranberries.
Then I added spinach, coconut oil for healthy fats, collagen powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds, chlorella, and ceremonial grade matcha tea.
Tart and tangy, this smoothie was a taste explosion.
If I make it again, I may only use one freshly squeezed lemon instead of three. Pow!
