I know. I know. Cashews are high in carbs and not the highest ideal for ketoers, BUT I ate cheese the other day….and OMG so much pain from constipation and pressure on my vericose veins. Ugh. When will I learn. Ghaaa! 👹😡🤬
SO cashews at this moment are the simplest way for me to get sufficient fiber to get things moving – literally. Sorry, if this is TMI. Have a nice day.
