I am so grateful for those who have gone …

I am so grateful for those who have gone before us, who have done all the research and all the work, and then have been generous enough to share their information with the rest of us who so desperately need it.

Case in point: Magdalena Wszelaki wrote Cooking for Hormone Balance, and I am learning so much about myself and how to heal my hormonal imbalances. Can’t wait to try some of her recipes!
