Today is the second day I’ve taken probiotics first thing in the morning, and this morning I took them before I rode my bike to the clinic for blood tests.
I was supposed to do an intermittent fast before the blood work, so I hope this didn’t screw that up. Regardless, I haven’t eaten yet even now (except for taking my other supplements), and, funny thing, my stomach is making all kinds of rumbling noises that would make my grandkids giggle. I say that to say this: when I used to eat a lot of sugar/carbs, I used to feel nauseated afterwards. Now, on keto, my stomach hurts sometimes, after I eat red meat. So the rumbling is a welcome sign something good and healing is happening in my tummy. 🙄🙄🙄
