According to healthyeating.org, broccoli is a good source of vitamins K and C (Vitamin C builds collagen), folic acid, potassium, and fiber. Also, as a low glycemic food it helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels.

 
Plus, it’s been proven to have anti-inflammatory and cancer fighting properties. For these reasons I have added broccoli to my autoship order from @schwanshomedelivery. Do you eat broccoli on a regular basis? If not, you should.
