I feel like I’m eating a lot today, but …

I feel like I’m eating a lot today, but I’ve learned it’s necessary sometimes to rebuild after days of stress (even if it’s positive stress). For example, when I watch my grandkids, I find it’s harder to eat keto and instead of cheating, I go without. This lowers my immune system and opens me up for potential flu. I don’t like getting the flu, so I’ll do everything I can to avoid it. Supplementing and eating simple, nutrient rich foods helps. So does sleep, so I’ll probably go to bed early tonight.
