The reason I like smoothies so much as a meal replacement is that the nutrients from the superfoods I put in it get in my body faster. This is important to me because as I’m losing weight I’m also trying to heal and rebuild a body that’s degrading as it ages, so the more nutrients I can get in it to exchange bad with good makes sense to me. This smoothie has blueberries, strawberries, broccoli, protein powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, baobab, and matcha. 🍓🍒🍎
