Remember all the almond pulp left over from making homemade almond milk? (see prev posts) I’ve dehydrated all that now using my @excaliburdehydrator. Set at 105 degrees for 12 hrs it kept the live enzymes of the original raw almonds alive (aiding in digestion) while drying them out for preservation purposes. I believe my Excalibur Dehydrator is one of the best investments I have ever made to boost and maintain my health goals. 🌰🌰🌰🌰
