Breakfast for lunch. In my mind all that’s missing is pure local grade B maple syrup and 2 slices of whole grain toast freshly baked from scratch with local butter from the Amish and homemade strawberry chia jam. Honestly, I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to stay on this keto journey much longer. We’ll see.
