The thing about juicing is you get so many good nutrients into your bloodstream so quickly you lose all cravings for junk food because your body is getting what it needs to function properly. I do anticipate craving these juices in the future though because I’m training my body to intuitively know what it needs to be well. 🥦🥒🥝🍏🍈 The juice on the left is celery juice. The juice in the middle is lemons, limes, grapefruit, and ginger root. The juice on the right is green apples, parsley, spinach, and cucumbers. 🍎🍊🍋🍓 Be well, my friends.
